As our executive assistant, Sheila is an integral part of the Navigation Retirement Group team. Her responsibilities range from developing marketing strategies and managing client events, to administrative duties and enhancing the operational efficiency of the firm. Sheila’s attention to detail and genuine dedication to doing what needs to be done is invaluable to ensuring our clients receive extraordinary service.
Sheila has a soft spot for dogs and enjoys volunteering with her daughter at the Pima Animal Care Center. Sheila has also donated her time to the Reading Room program at our local schools, where she helps kindergartners through second-graders hone their reading and phonics skills. Sheila’s devotion to helping people starts with her family. When she is not engaged in improving our client experience, Sheila is passionate about spending time with her family and enjoys working on creative projects around the house.
